At LuxNaura, we aim to process and ship all orders quickly and carefully.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Within Poland
We currently ship across Poland & other EU countries using trusted delivery partners such as InPost and other courier services. Estimated delivery time is usually 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the selected delivery method and destination.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, LuxNaura is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address Information
Please ensure that your shipping details are correct before placing your order. LuxNaura is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Damaged Parcels
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@luxnaura.pl and include photos of the package and products.
