RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At LuxNaura, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it. Proof of purchase or order confirmation is also required.

Please note that returns sent without prior contact and approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@luxnaura.pl so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

• opened or used cosmetic and skincare products

• sale items

• gift cards

• personalized or custom orders

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the eligible item and place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Withdrawal Right

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

Returned items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2-14 business days. Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to process the transaction.
